DTE MP Polytechnic Merit List 2023 Date and Process

The DTE MP Polytechnic Merit List 2023 is going to be published soon on the official website of DTE. Candidates who scored higher marks in the 10th standard will get the chance to have their names on the merit list. As per the update the merit list will be released in a PDF format. After releasing the merit list admission authorities will call the shortlisted candidates for document verification and counselling process. Candidates will be able to check the status of their application under ‘Check Candidate Status’.

Stages of the admission in MP Diploma Engineering courses

Through the below-mentioned stages, candidates can take admission to the MP Diploma Engineering Courses in the state of Madhya Pradesh:

1. Registration: Registration is the first stage of the selection process of admission. In this process, candidates need to register themselves by submitting an application form and uploading the supporting documents. In this stage, candidates can also pay the registration fee and lock in their choice of institutes they want to get admission.
2. Merit List: After that, the applications will be reviewed and as per the higher scoring marks in the previous class candidate’s name will get placed in the Merit list.
3. Allotment Letters: After releasing the merit list, allotment letters for shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the official portal. Candidates have to download the allotment letters for future admission process.
4. Upgradation & Admission: Candidates have to be present in the allotted institutes with their allotment letters for doing the admission formalities.
5. Internal Level Counselling: In this stage candidates who didn’t get the name on the released merit list will get a chance of admission by presenting at the institute on time. Candidates have to pay the registration fee if not paid previously.
6. Admission Cancellation: If any candidate withdraws their admission or their admission got cancelled due to any reason the seat will be allocated to the next eligible candidates.

As DTE result will be released Online on the Government Portal of the Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh, candidates need their Name, Registration number, and date of birth to check the merit list. Below-mentioned steps can be used to check the Merit List Online:

1. First visit the official Website of DTE which is https://dte.mponline.gov.in
2. Now click on the option ‘Check Candidate status’
3. On the Screen a new page will appear.
4. Here candidates need to enter the year, course name, Roll no. or Application no.
5. Now click on the ‘Get Status’.
6. Now Merit List will be shown on the screen in PDF format
7. Now search by Name and Roll number in the Merit List sheet.
8. Select your Name and roll number to download or take the print of the merit list for future reference.
